Service Description

Food safety systems are no longer optional for businesses that want to grow, supply formal markets, or operate with confidence. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) remains the globally recognised foundation for managing food safety risks across food manufacturing, processing, foodservice, and distribution. This HACCP training programme, certified to the International HACCP Alliance (IHA) of the United States, is designed to equip food professionals and business owners with the practical knowledge, structured thinking, and applied skills required to develop, implement, and maintain an effective HACCP system in real-world operations. The programme is delivered fully online, instructor-led, and structured specifically to accommodate working professionals and business owners who require rigorous training without disrupting daily operations. For businesses supplying supermarkets, foodservice operators, institutions, or export markets, HACCP is often the minimum expectation underpinning broader food safety and quality systems. This training goes beyond theory. It focuses on how HACCP is applied, evaluated, and challenged in practice—by regulators, auditors, and customers. International Recognition This course is certified to the International HACCP Alliance (USA), one of the most widely recognised HACCP credentialing bodies globally. Successful participants receive a HACCP certificate recognised internationally, suitable for regulatory, customer, and third-party audit requirements. The certification demonstrates that participants have received formal HACCP training aligned with internationally accepted principles and instructional standards. Course Structure & Delivery Sessions are delivered in a structured, interactive format, incorporating discussion, applied examples, guided exercises, and opportunities for questions and clarification. This is not a passive webinar. Active participation is encouraged to ensure practical understanding and meaningful learning outcomes.
